A complex dialogue between the wood and the delicate notes of Touriga Nacional, which extend to a full-bodied but fruity and balanced wine. Approaching notes of ripe red fruit offers a pleasant feeling of freshness, culminating in a remarkable length of mouth and persistence.

Winemaking:
Cold skin contact for 2 days, followed by a 5 day fermentation with gentle maceration and controlled temperature at 23ºC.

Color – Ruby loaded

Aroma – Ripe red fruits, light tobacco and mocha

Proof – Full-bodied wine with soft tannins, confirms the fruit found in the aroma, a pleasant sensation of freshness and a slight touch to the wood

End of mouth – Complex, smooth and pleasant

Castes: Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro, Tinta Roriz

Serve between 16 and 18 ° C.

Accompany well seasoned red or white meat
