Vinification: The grapes were harvested manually and transported in small boxes of 12 kg to our cellar. The fermentation occurred in small mills, under controlled temperature, where the grapes were trodden following the traditional method.
Stage: The wine staged partially in French oak barrels for a period of 7 months.
Tasting Notes: Color: Monte da Peceguina Tinto presents a clear and bright color with grená tone and red reflections. Aroma: In the nose the salty and refreshing aroma of notes of wild fruits, black plums and ripe red fruit stands out. Palate: In the mouth, it is a very soft and fresh wine, with silky tannins, balanced and with good structure. The ending is long and persistent.
