Winemaking: The grapes were harvested by hand and transported in small boxes of 12kg to our wine cellar located a few meters from the vineyard and where they were again selected in a table of choice. The fermentation was carried out with temperature control in small mills where the grapes were repeatedly trodden according to the traditional method.

Stage: Subsequently the wine staged in its entirety in new barrels (225Lts) of French oak for 17 months.

Tasting Notes: Color: Malhadinha Tinto 2009, presents an intense and dense color with violet reflections. Aroma: In the aroma we can identify notes of ripe black fruit, leaf of tobacco, with touches to spices. Palate: In the mouth it is a sober wine, with voluminous and very well structured entrance with firm tannins, noting the barrel with a long and seductive finish.
