Varieties: Aragonez, Trincadeira and Alicante Bouschet

ANALYSIS: Alcohol: 13.5% vol.

Vinification: Harvest and manual selection of grapes followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature and maceration.

Aging: For 2/3 months in bottle

Aroma: A fine and elegant aroma where red and wild fruits stand out and some floral.

Palate: In the mouth it is soft, round, full bodied, with a slight acidity to balance the whole. Good final persistence.

Suggestions: It should be served at a temperature of 16-18ÂșC.
