VINIFICATION: Coming from grapes harvested by hand, with good ripeness and a balanced acidity, was vinified with temperature control (24-262C), followed by a slight tannage. He spent 5 months in national oak casks. Filtered to the soil and to the plates, it staged in bottle during 6 months.
TASTING NOTES: Very elegant wine, with soft tannins and aroma of ripe red fruits, well married with the vanilla of the wood in which it staged. Of persistent taste, it is a full-bodied wine, which should preferably be opened one hour before being consumed at the temperature of 16P-18PC.
It accompanies well-seasoned dishes: traditional Portuguese cuisine, oriental dishes, pastas and roasted red meats.
