An ancient property in the heart of the Douro Demarcated Region.

A small but dedicated team of winemakers and winemakers – Sandra Tavares da Silva, Joana Pinhão, and myself – try to ensure that each of our Porto or Douro DOC wines represent the best of what the Region has to offer.

Our efforts strive to be characterized by innovation and differentiation. We want our wines to reflect personality, character, pleasure, fun, being aimed at people and for the pleasure of life.

We hope that by proving them, we believe that we have accomplished at least some of our ambitions.

Test results

An elegant and fresh red wine of deep violet, deep red and purple color, with a rich aroma of ripe red fruits, black cherry and plum, and a soft fruity touch.

The aging in French oak barrels concentrates the original well-ripened tannins and softens its power, producing a very balanced, intense and velvety wine, with the characteristic subtlety and elegance of the Fifth Valley D. Maria Tannins, ending long and fruity.
