Soils Type: Mainly granites but also clay-limestone and schist.
TASTING NOTES: Color: It has an intense color. Aroma: With aroma of fruits, chocolate notes and tobacco leaves. Palate: Deep, concentrated taste with persistent finish.
Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature of 30ºC, followed by a stage of 12 months in French oak barrels. After the wood, it still had 6 months in bottle in the basement.
Expected longevity: 6 years
Service: It must be opened and decanted at least two hours before being served, at a temperature of 18ºC. Ideal escort for hunting and cheeses.
