Very deep color. Very delicate aroma, with floral notes and wild fruit. Madeira present giving more complexity to the whole. In the mouth is a very elegant wine, with balance and easy tannins.

Grape varieties: Touriga Nacional

Vinification: Manual harvesting for 18kg boxes. Total destemming. Pre-fermentative maceration for 2 days. Fermentation with controlled temperature for 15 days. Stage of 10 months in new French oak barrels.

Analytical Characteristics: Alcohol content: 14.5% Total acidity: 5.8 g / l Reducing sugars: 4.7 g / l pH: 3.60

Gastronomy: Ideal with baked goods and cheeses
