All the vine with drip irrigation, under controlled regime. Cultural interventions carefully adapted to each breed and plot for the production of excellent fruit quality. Application of a maximum production limit per strain through bunting. The entire harvest is carefully selected and transported in 25 kg boxes to the cellar.
Process Manual selection on sorting table. Thermal shock at the reception of the grapes to 10ºC. Cold decanting for 2 days. Inoculation with selected yeasts. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 14ºC

Aroma: Exuberant aroma of tropical fruits.
Palate: Taste rich in fruit, fine, elegant and with a good balance of acidity.
Should be served at a temperature of 8 – 10ºC
